Malvern woman arrested after biting and spitting at bar employee – Daily Local

WEST CHESTER — A Malvern woman has been arrested on assault charges following an altercation at a local bar.

On Dec. 18 at 1 a.m., West Chester police officers responded to the 50 Block of South High St. for the report of a fight outside of a bar. Officers arrived on scene and observed a female, later identified as Jordan Greco, 22, of Malvern, being held on the ground after spitting at employees. Police said that as officers went to place Greco in custody she began to bite down on one of the employee’s arms. The employee suffered minor cuts as a result of the bite.

Greco was taken into custody and transported to West Chester Police Department where she was charged with assault and related charges, processed and released on summons. A preliminary hearing is pending at District Court.

Police have charged Kelly Lynn Rush with simple assault and related offenses after police were called to a domestic dispute at the family’s residence. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled on January 13, 202.

Police have charged Scott Allen Kline with Indecent Assault and related offenses after a police investigation into Kline’s repeated conduct between 2013 and 2021. Anyone with information related to these charges is asked to contact Detective Sgt. Rick Moran by calling 610-857-3535.

Pascual Tomas-Ramirez, 28, of Kennett Square was arrested and charged with Endangering Welfare of Children, DUI and other related traffic offenses, after the white Mazda he was operating was stopped for driving erratically and having a juvenile out of a car seat. The incident occurred on November 20, 2021 at approximately 1:05 p.m., on West South Street, Kennett Square Borough. Upon making contact with Tomas-Ramirez, Officers observed multiple alcoholic bottles in his vehicle and indicators suggesting intoxication. Field sobriety tests showed impairment. He was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and submitted to a chemical test of his breath, resulting in a BAC of .25 percent.

The Kennett Square Police Department is investigating the theft of a purse which occurred at a business in the 100 Block of W. State Street in Kennett Square on Dec. 2 at 2:40 p.m. The females were observed entering the store, which was closed to the public, and taking a purse which was sitting on the counter. Credit cards that were inside of the purse were used to purchase $2,000 in gift cards at the Walgreens Store located in East Marlborough Township. The suspects were seen leaving the scene of the purse theft in a white Toyota Camry, unknown registration. On Dec. 9, 2021, Tyreek Blaylock, 22, of Coatesville, was taken into custody for his involvement in an incident that occurred in the 500 Block of Magnolia Street on August 30, 2021. Investigators determined that Blaylock was present in the Borough on the evening of August 30 at multiple locations, including a disturbance in the 800 block of South Washington Street, an accident in the area of Magnolia and Meredith Streets, and the fight that occurred in the 500 block of Magnolia Street. Additionally, a firearm, which Blaylock is not legally able to possess, was found in his vehicle during investigation into the incident. Tyreek Blaylock was turned over to Chester County Prison’s Central Booking on December 9, 2021, after he was taken into custody for his arrest warrant.

The Oxford Police Department arrested and charged, a 16-year-old, male juvenile of Oxford with simple assault and disorderly conduct after police investigated another juvenile male injured during a First Friday event, December 3, 2021.

On Dec. 11, 2021 at 2:56 p.m., police responded to the 200 block South Third Street for a report of threats made to a business owner. Shortly after, police located the suspect, later identified as Terrance Lamonte Franklin, 25, of Cochranville driving along the 400 block of South Street. Franklin was taken into custody after resisting arrest. Franklin was in possession of illegal narcotics; also charged with operating a vehicle on a suspended license. Franklin was released from Chester County Prison after posting bail, 10 percent of $5,000.

The West Whiteland Township Police Department is investigating an alleged theft of a wallet from a patron at Panera Bread. Credit cards in the wallet were used at nearby retail stores. Tara Ann Camoirano, 39, of Wilmington Del. was arraigned on charges of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition, Receiving Stolen Property, and Loitering and Prowling at Night Time, in connection with thefts from motor vehicles investigations. The incident occurred on Wednesday Oct. 13, 2021 in the 100 block of Hartefeld Drive, in New Garden Township. Camoirano is accused of entering vehicles and taking items from inside.

Daniel Alvarado-Rios, 34, of Kennett Square, was arrested and charged with False Imprisonment; Simple Assault, Unlawful Restraint, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Terroristic Threats and Harassment, following a call for a domestic disturbance. The incident happened on Monday Nov. 29, 2021 at 6:40 p.m., in the 8900 block of Gap Newport Pike, in New Garden Township. The victim told police that Alvarado-Rios had threatened to kill her if she did not get into the vehicle. He then drove to a body of water and threatened to drive into it, as well as accelerating towards a tree, telling the victim her life would end. Alvarado-Rios was taken into custody and also found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine. He was transported to the Chester County Prison for processing and arraignment. He was committed after failing to post bail.
