ALX Resources Corp. (TSXV: AL) (FSE: 6LLN) (OTC: ALXEF) ("ALX" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has acquired by staking the Hydra Lithium Project ("Hydra", or the "Project") in the James Bay region of northern Quebec, Canada. Drilling by Denison in 2018-2019 totaling 11,757 metres in fifteen completed drill holes exhibited the hallmarks of a widespread, intense alteration system.

ALX Resources has acquired 24,137 hectares at its 100-percent-owned Firebird nickel project. Firebird hosts three historical nickel-copper-cobalt deposits: Axis Lake, Rea Lake, and Currie Lake. Under the option granted by the company in 2020, Rio Tinto Exploration Canada, can earn up to 80 percent in interest in Firebird.

Strategically positioned, Firebird is located near advantageous infrastructure, including an all-weather road and airport, which are both within 10 kilometers of the property. Located proximal to the town of Stony Rapids, SK, its access to hydroelectric power offers increased efficiencies for exploration.

ALX Resources is applying modern exploration techniques at Firebird to a rare, undeveloped magmatic nickel sulfide deposit. In October 2019, high-grade nickel ranging up to 3.13 percent was located in surface rock samples from ALX’s first site visit. Soil and lake sediment samples collected in 2019 and 2020 showed coincident nickel and copper anomalies over an airborne conductor. These findings increased investor interest in ALX’s exploration endeavours, which eventually led to the option deal with Rio Tinto Exploration.

During the Firebird winter drilling program in 2020, three holes were drilled totaling 600 meters. Nickel-copper mineralization was intersected in two of the three holes, which are promising results for the expansion of this project. Summer 2020 exploration plans resulted in sampling at the Wiley Lake Nickel Showing. ALX collected two core samples and four additional grab samples. The six samples returned between 0.04 and 2.43 percent nickel and between 0.01 and 0.43 percent copper. At the JJ gold showing, ASX’s samples returned values ranging up to 879 ppb gold.

ALX received permits for its 2021 exploration program that included ground surveys and diamond drilling. In partnership with Rio Tinto, the company completed the drilling program on August 3, 2021. The permit remains effective until September 2022.

The 100 percent owned Vixen gold project is located in the Red Lake Mining District of Ontario and consists of three sub-projects totaling 10,069 hectares staked within the Birch-Uchi greenstone belt, approximately 60 kilometers east of the town of Red Lake, Ontario. The jurisdiction is favourable for exploration, with winter access to Vixen North and a series of roads leading directly to the Vixen South property.

Using the latest imaging technology, ALX carried out a high-resolution airborne magnetic and VLF-EM survey that has collected preliminary data defining an approximate 3,000 meter-long high magnetic trend in conjunction with the newly-identified Vulpin Zone. Additional samples were collected in October 2020 along the iron formation associated with gold mineralization that was mapped in August 2020. ALX’s 2020 rock sampling at the Vulpin Zone showed values of up to 8.41 g/t gold.

Other prospecting targets at Vixen include detailed follow-up of gold mineralization found within a fluorite occurrence southeast of the Vulpin Zone that may represent a genetic phase of porphyry-hosted gold deposition. Recent sampling at the Dickenson Zone located rock samples ranging up to 17.7 g/t gold.

Like the Firebird nickel project, the Flying Vee nickel project in Saskatchewan is highly-prospective for nickel-copper-cobalt, and hosts a gold showing. Flying Vee is located north of Stony Rapids in an underexplored district with high potential for discovery. With neighboring projects held by companies like Kobold Metals and UEX Corporation, a staking rush occurred in the Spring of 2019. In July 2020, ALX was the first company since 1988 to prospect the Day Lake gold showing at Flying Vee, and samples up to 8.34 g/t gold were found.

ALX Resources completed a diamond drilling program in the Northern Athabasca Basin, near Stony Rapids, SK. The program comprised three holes, completed for a total of approximately 1240 meters, atop two previously untested anomalies. In March 2022 the company prepared trails and drill pads along the Zinger and Eclipse geophysical conductors, detected in historic airborne surveys.

Drill hole GC22-01, along the southwestern portion of the Zinger Conductor, intersected, high in the sandstone column, mineral alteration including pyrite, siderite, and bleaching, and low angle to core axis fracture zones that suggest a steep-dipping structure may project to the sub-Athabasca unconformity at an approximate downhole depth of 345 metres. Follow-up drilling in the area will be dependent upon the interpretation of the pending geochemical results.

Drill hole GC22-02 tested the northeast section of the Zinger trend. It revealed discrete elevated gamma probe peaks that occur between 293.7 and 300.9 metres. Geochemical analysis of the samples collected over these horizons will help to determine the significance of these peaks. The basement rocks included variably garnetiferous psammitic to psammo pelitic gneiss, quartz-feldspar rich units of unknown origin, and garnet-rich pelitic gneiss. Follow-up drilling will depend on interpretation of the pending geochemical results.

Warren Stanyer has over 24 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry, focused mostly on uranium in the Athabasca Basin. Stanyer began his career with Pioneer Metals, a diverse explorer for gold, base metals, and uranium, with properties in New Mexico, British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. After gaining over a decade of experience, Stanyer accepted the role of president and CEO of Northern Continental Resources, a junior exploration company focused on uranium in the Athabasca Basin. Sierd Eriks has worked in mineral exploration for over 35 years, with a focus on uranium exploration for the past two decades. ALX Resources Corp. The Company is seeking to extend the term of the Warrants for an additional year. Warrants issued in the first tranche of the Offering would be extended to October 2, 2023, and the Warrants issued in the second tranche of the Offering would be extended to October 20, 2023. The exercise price of the Warrants will remain unchanged, at $0.10 per Warrant.

The application to extend the expiry date of the Warrants is subject to acceptance by the TSXV.

ALX Resources Corp. (TSXV: AL) (FSE: 6LLN) (OTC: ALXEF) ("ALX" or the "Company") announced today the results of a diamond drilling program carried out in the winter and early spring of 2022 at the Gibbons Creek Uranium Project ("Gibbons Creek", or the "Project") located in the northern Athabasca Basin near the town of Stony Rapids, Saskatchewan. Three drill holes were completed. for a total of 1,240.3 metres, on two previously untested conductive trends. A total of 262 samples were submitted to the Saskatchewan Research Council Geoanalytical Laboratories in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan ("SRC"). Chip samples were submitted to Rekasa Rocks Inc. of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan for portable Short Wave Infra-Red ("SWIR") spectral analysis to determine clay mineral alteration species.

Highlights of the 2022 Drilling Program

Anomalous uranium values were detected in the Athabasca sandstone in all three drill holes. Ten-metre composite samples returned up to 8.29 parts per million ("ppm") uranium from a partial digestion ("U-p").

There were three composite samples in hole GC22-01 (1.46 to 1.63 ppm), six composite samples in hole GC22-02 (1.29 to 8.29 ppm), and three composite samples in hole GC2-03 (1.46 to 3.99 ppm) that are considered anomalous. All of these samples occur in the lower portions of the sandstone.

The U-p result of 8.29 ppm is approximately 16 times greater than typical background levels of U-p in the Athabasca Group sandstone (approximately 0.5 ppm). The analytical results suggest that uranium-bearing fluids were present in the area of the Gibbons Creek drill holes.

Statistical analysis also shows that there are anomalous concentrations of the pathfinder elements boron, cobalt, copper, nickel, and lead associated with the anomalous U-p results. These pathfinder elements are commonly used as guides to discovery of unconformity-type uranium deposits and provide further evidence of the presence of fluid movement potentially related to a uranium mineralizing system.

Elevated gamma probe peaks in drill hole GC22-02 (964 counts per second ("cps") at 298.36 metres and 1,296 cps at 300.91 m) correlate with mudstone beds that show iron redox alteration patterns around the contacts between the sandstone and the mudstone beds. Selective interval samples over the mudstone beds and at the contacts returned U-p values of 36.1 ppm (298.30 to 298.70 metres) and 21.3 ppm (300.71 to 300.96 metres) over the mudstone beds, and 29.1 ppm (300.96 to 301.46 metres) from the sandstone immediately below the mudstone beds. These results are clear indicators of uranium remobilization by fluid flow in the sandstone.

Drill hole GC22-01, located along the southwestern portion of the Zinger Conductor, intersected pyrite, siderite, and bleaching high in the sandstone column.

Sudoite, a chloritic alteration mineral known to be associated with uranium mineralization, was identified by SWIR analysis in the sandstone of drill hole GC22-01 just above the unconformity.

A zone of moderately graphitic pelitic gneiss was intersected in drill hole GC22-01 between 396 and 400 metres, approximately 41 metres below the unconformity, and is associated with a basement fault.

ALX believes that further drilling is warranted at Gibbons Creek as follow-up to the 2022 drill results and also in the area of historical drill hole GC13-05 located in the eastern part of the Project (0.143% U3O8 over 0.23 metres beginning at a shallow depth of 107.67 metres).

The 2022 drilling program targeted two untested conductors in a fertile uranium district. The nearby Black Lake Uranium Project (UEX Corporation 50.92% - ALX 40% - Orano Canada 9.08%) located contiguous to Gibbons Creek, hosts graphitic conductors on parallel trends to those present at the Project, which have produced significant uranium occurrences in historical drilling.

In March 2022, ALX prepared winter trails and drill pads on three target areas located along two geophysical conductors: the Zinger Conductor and the Eclipse Conductor. The two conductors were detected in historical airborne surveys and were computer-modelled by the Company's geophysical consultant to develop new drill targets (see Fig. 1 below).

The southern Zinger Conductor, with 4.7 kilometres of strike length, was first detected by a 2005 MEGATEM survey and confirmed by ALX's 2017 ZTEM survey. A Spatiotemporal Geochemical Hydrocarbon ("SGH") soil survey, carried out in 2021, outlined two specific areas along the Zinger Conductor that were interpreted as being prospective for uranium mineralization, and are approximately coincident with the locations of drill holes GC22-01 and GC22-02.

A portion of the Eclipse Conductor was first delineated by the 2005 MEGATEM airborne survey, but its full strike length was obscured by the electromagnetic effects of an encroaching powerline. ALX's Maxwell modeling of the highly-conductive anomaly led to the identification of a new uranium target, tested by drill hole GC22-03.

Gibbons Creek consists of seven mineral claims comprising 13,864 hectares (34,259 acres) located along the northern margin of the Athabasca Basin. The Project is located in a region hosting numerous historical uranium occurrences. ALX holds an exploration permit for Gibbons Creek, good until October 2022, which allows for up to 20 diamond drill holes totaling approximately 5,000 metres, along with ground-based geophysics, prospecting, and geochemical sampling. A permit extension application for an additional 18 months has been submitted to Saskatchewan Environment. Access to Gibbons Creek is via roads and trails that lead from the community of Stony Rapids, SK, which is connected to all-weather Highway 905, thereby creating flexibility for either summer or winter exploration programs.

Sampling and Analytical Method and Statement of Qualified Person

The sandstone in all three of the 2022 drill holes was systematically sampled using composite samples collected over 10-metre intervals. Selective sandstone samples were collected from zones of interest, including fracture and alteration zones, as well as within areas of elevated gamma probe results. Continuous systematic sampling was carried out above and below the unconformity. Selective sampling was conducted in the basement rocks over zones of interest, including fracture and alteration zones, and graphitic horizons. ALX regularly inserts duplicates and blank samples into the sample batches, as per industry standards, for quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) purposes.

Geochemical analyses were carried out by SRC in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan using Inductively-Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry ("ICP-OES") and Inductively-Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry ("ICP-MS") methods. A standard uranium exploration package of analyses (99 analytes in total) were completed, including total digestions utilizing aliquots of pulps prepared from a mixture of concentrated HF:HNO3:HClO4 acids and partial digestions utilizing a mixture of HNO3:HCl acids. Boron is analyzed from an aliquot of a pulp following sodium peroxide fusion. SRC also regularly inserts their own blanks, standards. and repeat analyses into the sample stream for QA/QC purposes. Partial digestions of a sample (e.g. U-p) use a weaker acid digestion than total digestions and are designed to liberate only the more mobile uranium that might be enhanced by hydrothermal fluid circulation. Anomalous uranium analyses from partial digestion are commonly used in uranium exploration because they are more indicative of proximity to uranium mineralization, or uranium-bearing hydrothermal fluid flow.

ALX Resources Corp. (TSXV: AL) (FSE: 6LLN) (OTC: ALXEF) ("ALX" or the "Company") announced today the analytical results from the inaugural drilling program at its Electra Nickel Project located 35 kilometres northwest of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.

The 2022 exploration program began in mid-March 2022 and six of the eight planned holes were completed for a total of 1,155 metres drilled. Two targets remain undrilled because of warming weather conditions that exposed creeks and other wetlands, which impeded surface access. Downhole electromagnetic surveys were completed on two of the first four drill holes to better define the targeted conductors detected by ALX's 2021 airborne VTEMTM survey flown by Geotech Ltd. of Aurora, Ontario. A ground electromagnetic geophysical survey was carried out in on an undrilled target, which has provided an improved collar location for follow-up drilling.

Highlights of the 2022 Drilling Program

Nickel - The most notable nickel values occur within holes Elec22-01, Elec22-02 and Elec22-06. These results are interpreted as the peripheral geochemical expression of a much larger mineralizing system.

The highest overall concentrations in nickel over significant widths occur in the upper half of hole Elec22-02 and in hole Elec22-06 with anomalous concentrations ranging from approximately 200 ppm to a high of 2,080 ppm.

An increasing nickel content associated with increasing magnesium is common in basaltic komatiitic terranes, not only at Electra but worldwide. The corresponding increase in nickel values versus magnesium oxide ("MgO") trend is due to the presence of higher amounts of the silicate mineral olivine, which is rich in nickel and MgO.

However, classic magmatic net-textured sulphide concentrations, clasts and blebs are observed at approximately 108 metres in hole Elec22-02, and demonstrate that a magmatic sulphide-forming process was operative in this mineralizing system. This magmatic sulphide horizon also marks a notable break in the underlying upward-increasing nickel trend into a significant nickel depletion interval. The fact that the associated magmatic sulphides are so depleted in nickel suggests that nickel-enriched equivalents may occur elsewhere along strike or down dip from hole Elec22-02.

Zinc - Wide intervals of anomalous zinc concentrations occur in most of the drill holes. This and the fragmental nature of the volcano-clastic sequences suggest that this is potentially a zinc-rich volcanogenic massive sulphide ("VMS") environment. The following notable concentrations are:

Platinum and Palladium - The concentration of platinum and palladium is generally less than 15 parts per billion ("ppb"), which is representative for basaltic-komatiites from elsewhere in Canada and Australia. However, of note are the platinum and palladium values near the end of hole in Elec22-06 where a high of 121 ppb platinum and 33 ppb palladium was found in over 0.75 metres from 162 to 162.75 metres. The observation in the drill log for Elec22-06 of disseminated sulphides in the gabbroic host rock suggest that this drill hole should be followed up to a greater depth.

Gold - In hole Elec22-06, 0.444 grams/tonne ("g/t") gold with an accompanying value of 8.33 g/t silver over 0.68 metres was noted from 61.96 to 62.64 metres in a mudstone unit.

Copper - Two strongly anomalous copper values were found in the drill core: Elec22-05 - 2,050 ppm copper over 0.46 metres from 60.00 to 60.46 metres, and Elec22-06 - 1,375 ppm copper over 0.47 metres from 61.49 to 61.96 metres.

Electra is located near Thunder Bay, Ontario, in a fertile exploration district well-linked to highways, roads and trails, and lies near a powerline and the Canadian National Railroad. The Project consists of 190 cell units totaling approximately 4,066 hectares (10,047 acres) and is prospective for nickel-copper-cobalt, platinum group elements ("PGE"), and gold. ALX has the option to earn a 100% interest in Electra after fulfilling payment obligations of cash and common shares, and exploration expenditures according to the terms of an option agreement signed in December 2020 (see ALX news release dated December 31, 2020).

The Electra magmatic-sedimentary geological and geophysical environment is similar to that of other komatiite-hosted nickel sulphide terranes in Canada and Western Australia. The challenges encountered at Electra are similar to those in other komatiitic terranes; i.e., the presence of barren sedimentary and volcanogenic conductive sulphides with high background zinc concentrations.

In the late 1990's a "nickel-sulphide" geochemical vector was developed in the Kambalda nickel camp of Western Australia. The vector was formulated not to find obvious nickel sulphide mineralization that could be observed directly in drill core, but to point out stratigraphic horizons with chemical signatures suggestive of potential enhanced nickel-copper-PGE sulphide concentrations along strike. Other than obvious nickel sulphides observed and subsequently assayed from core, potential nickel sulphide horizons can remain hidden (cryptic) and only detected by the application of proven geochemical vectors. ALX continues to evaluate the outcome of the 2022 exploration program by integrating the geological, geochemical and geophysical results in order to determine the best target areas for follow-up drilling. ALX's drilling permit at Electra is good until March 2025.

QA/QC and Analytical Methods

QA/QC following industry best practices was incorporated into the drill core sampling and included systematic insertion of quartz blanks and certified reference materials into sample batches, as well as collection of quarter-core duplicates, at a rate of approximately 10%. All drill core samples were collected as half-split core, apart from quarter-split duplicates.

All samples were shipped to ALS Global Geochemistry Analytical Lab ("ALS") for multi-element analysis. ALS is an ISO-IEC 17025:2017 and ISO 9001:2015 accredited analytical laboratory that is independent of ALX and its Qualified Person. Diamond drill core samples were analyzed using ALS's super trace multi-element 4-acid digest with ICP-MS determination for 51 elements. Gold, platinum and palladium assays were determined on a 30-gram lead bead fire assay ICP-MS finish.

ALX Resources Corp. (TSXV: AL) (FSE: 6LLN) (OTC: ALXEF) ("ALX" or the "Company") is pleased to announce results of the 2022 drilling program at the Alligator Lake Gold Project ("Alligator", or the "Project") located approximately 165 kilometres (103 miles) northeast of La Ronge, SK, Canada. ALX's 2022 drill program was planned to follow up the Company's 2021 drilling along the Broken Hammer Shear Zone, which is prospective for high-grade gold mineralization, and to test targets associated with the interpreted Radiant Shear Zone.

Highlights of the Alligator Lake 2022 Drilling Program1

ALX completed five (5) NQ-sized diamond drill holes in February 2022, totaling 815.5 metres. The 2022 drill holes were planned to test the Broken Hammer Shear Zone ("BHSZ") (holes AL22-01, AL22-02 and AL22-03) and historical geophysical anomalies in areas of the Project with no previous drilling (holes AL22-04 and AL22-05).

ALX had previously sampled a sulphide-bearing quartz vein in outcrop on the BHSZ that returned 504.0 g/t gold (16.13 oz/ton), and 46.2 g/t silver, by fire assay (see ALX news release dated January 27, 2021). ALX drill holes along the BHSZ completed in 2021 returned significant gold mineralization, including 8.44 g/t gold over 1.93 metres in hole AL21-05, and 10.67 g/t gold over 0.98 metres in hole AL21-04, which included a single sample at the very top of the hole that returned 18.2 g/t gold (see ALX news releases dated March 25, 2021 and May 26, 2021).

Poor ice conditions in 2022 did not allow access to a high-priority follow up to 2021 drill hole AL21-04. A review of the 2021 drill core during the 2022 program led to the discovery of previously unrecognized visible gold in the 18.2 g/t gold sample at the top of AL21-04, indicating the need for additional drilling to follow-up this high-grade gold mineralization in future exploration programs.

AL22-01 and AL22-02 targeted gold mineralization intersected in the 2021 drill hole AL21-05 along the BHSZ.

Drill hole AL22-01 successfully expanded the multiple zones of gold mineralization encountered 36 metres to the southeast in 2021 drill hole AL21-05. Two distinct zones of gold mineralization were intersected. In the upper part of the drill hole, a broad zone of gold mineralization occurs from 36.68 to 57.00 metres and returned 1.01 g/t gold over 20.32 metres, including 4.79 g/t over 1.50 metres. The mineralization is associated with ductile deformation and quartz veining that is interpreted to represent the BHSZ and the down-dip extension of gold mineralization in the top of drill hole AL21-05 (1.58 g/t over 3.45 metres and 1.21 g/t over 3.64 metres). A second zone of mineralization, 2.57 g/t gold over 6.55 metres from 96.00 to 102.55 metres, is associated with quartz veining in a faulted granodiorite intrusion. Visible gold was noted in the quartz vein, which included a sample from 99.25 to 99.75 metres that returned 14.2 g/t gold (fire assay with gravity finish). The granodiorite-hosted gold mineralization is also interpreted to represent the down-dip extension of a gold mineralized zone (1.93 g/t gold over 8.44 metres) encountered in drill hole AL21-05.

Drill hole AL22-02 tested for the northeast strike extension of mineralization in holes AL22-01 and AL21-005 and intersected 0.19 g/t gold over 16.50 metres from 41.00 to 57.50 metres. Hole AL22-02 may not have intersected the BHSZ at the optimal location, however, this drill hole has provided important geological information for future targeting of gold mineralization along the BHSZ and along strike of hole AL22-01.

Drill holes AL22-03 and AL22-04 did not intersect significant gold mineralization.

Drill hole AL22-05, collared approximately 600 metres east-northeast of AL22-01, targeted a magnetic high trend that appears to be associated with mineralization in holes AL22-01 and AL21-05 and a historical resistivity ground survey chargeability high. The magnetic high trend is approximately coincident with the previously interpreted Radiant Shear Zone ("RSZ"). Historical sampling of the Radiant Showing outcrop, located along the RSZ trend approximately midway between AL22-01 and AL22-05, returned 927 parts per billion gold (0.927 g/t gold) and 3.4 g/t silver. Drill hole AL22-05 returned 0.41 g/t gold over a broad interval of 12.70 metres (including 1.73 g/t gold over 2 metres) from 90.5 to 103.20 metres in granodiorite. Moreover, an even larger interval within the granodiorite returned an anomalous gold grade of 0.26 g/t over 22.76 metres. Results from AL22-05 open up a new untested trend, well-defined by ALX's 2021 airborne geophysics. This regional feature is highly prospective for gold mineralization and requires further drill testing.

Future Exploration Plans at Alligator Lake

ALX is planning for a winter drilling program in 2023 by integrating the 2022 drilling results with geophysical information obtained from the high-resolution airborne magnetic survey flown in the fall of 2021 and the induced polarization geophysical survey carried out in the winter of 2022.

Alligator consists of five claims totaling 2,973.32 hectares (7,347.24 acres) and is located adjacent to Provincial Highway 905, with an established winter trail suitable for mobilizing drilling equipment directly to ALX's primary areas of interest. The Project has been held since 1985 by a private company and has been the subject of a number of seasonal prospecting programs, some geophysical surveying and limited drilling. Prior to ALX's 2021 work, only 16 diamond drill holes have been drilled since 1995 to depths averaging less than 86 metres.

In January 2021, ALX and Alligator Resources Ltd. ("ARL", a private Saskatchewan corporation), executed a definitive agreement for the Project incorporating the terms and conditions of a previously-announced binding letter agreement. The definitive agreement provides ALX with the option to earn an initial 51% interest (the "First Option") and up to an 80% interest (the "Second Option") in the Project over a four (4) year period from the effective date of the definitive agreement in consideration for: (a) cash payments totaling $150,000, (b) the issuance of common shares of ALX to ARL totaling 1,500,000 common shares; and (c) ALX incurring eligible expenditures totaling $1,250,000 with respect to the Project.

Upon ALX obtaining an 80% interest in the Project (by exercise of both the First Option and the Second Option), ALX and ARL shall form a joint venture in respect of the development of the Project (with ALX as operator), with the terms of the joint venture agreement to be negotiated in good faith between the parties and executed prior to ALX earning a 51% interest. Alligator is subject to an underlying 2.5% net smelter returns royalty ("NSR") on the sale of valuable minerals from the Project, of which half of the NSR (1.25%) can be purchased by ALX from the royalty holders at any time for $1.0 million.

ALX Resources Corp. (TSXV: AL) (FSE: 6LLN) (OTC: ALXEF) ("ALX" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the completion of the inaugural drilling program at its Electra Nickel Project located 35 kilometres northwest of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. The Company has the right to earn a 100% interest in Electra according to the terms of an option agreement signed in December 2020 (see ALX news release dated December 31, 2020).

The 2022 exploration program began in mid-March 2022 with the opening of winter trails and mobilization of a diamond drill to the drill sites. The network of established forestry roads within Electra provided good access to the target areas and six of the eight planned holes were completed for a total of 1,155 metres drilled. Two targets remain undrilled because of warming weather conditions that exposed creeks and other wetlands, which impeded surface access.

Drill core logging indicates that the immiscible magmatic sulphide segregation process is present at Electra. Sulphide mineralization was intersected in all six holes, mainly pyrite, pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite and sphalerite within mafic/ultramafic rocks, volcanic breccia and intermittent graphitic shale zones (see core photos below). Rare spherical concentrations of pyrite were observed in several zones in hole ELEC22-02 that suggest the hole could lie proximal to a volcanogenic massive sulphide ("VMS") vent. Other alteration minerals were observed such as fuschite, and possible vaesite and violarite. A portable X-ray fluorescence ("XRF") device indicated the presence of nickel, copper and zinc in the drill core.

Downhole electromagnetic surveys were completed on two of the first four drill holes to better define the targeted conductors detected by ALX's 2021 airborne VTEMTM survey flown by Geotech Ltd. of Aurora, Ontario. A ground electromagnetic geophysical survey was carried out in the 2022 program on an undrilled target, which has provided an improved collar location for a follow-up drilling program. ALX's drilling permit is good until March 2025.

A total of 477 samples from the first four holes have been shipped to ALS Global Laboratories in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Logging and sampling of the final two holes continues and an estimated 200 additional samples will be shipped in the coming weeks. The geoanalytical results obtained by XRF are not definitive and can vary from conventional analytical processing. The laboratory results will be released following their receipt, compilation and interpretation.

Black Tusk Resources Inc. ("Black Tusk" or the "Company) (CSE:TUSK) is pleased to announce that the company has received the necessary permits to drill on their PG Highway and MoGold projects located north of Val d'Or, Quebec

As previously released, TMC Geophysique recently completed deep-penetrating Pulse-EM -Time Domain Electromagnetic (TDEM) surveying to cover zones targeted through geologic assessment and rock sampling. On the PG Highway property the TMC Geophysical report concludes that the newly acquired surface TDEM data identified of a group of strong conductive anomalies in places coincident with areas of rock exposures that contained significant percentages of pyrite and pyrrhotite. The geology along the trend is interpreted to have potential for Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) mineralization (see News Release dated 2022-08-07). The zone of interest also displays magnetic features derived from Black Tusk 2021 surveys. The geophysical survey results combined with the geology and rock sampling provide compelling targets for further exploration.

On the adjoining MoGold project, the TMC report of findings from the TDEM survey identified six localized anomalies that are roughly grouped around the Boily-Bérubé mineral occurrence (see News Release dated July 12, 2022). This is also the area where Black Tusk exploration obtained rock samples that returned elevated values for silver, copper and zinc. The TDEM features are modelled as relatively small and shallow-seated bodies/targets.

The permit for the PG Highway project includes 6 drill pads with associated access roads. Black Tusk plans up to 2,000 metres of diamond drilling from the permitted drill pads, with VMS targets at proposed depths ranging from 50 to 300 metres below surface (as modelled by the EM survey). The permit for the MoGold area includes 4 drill pads to allow up to 500 metres of diamond drilling for testing the relatively shallow targets.

The VMS targets that are to be drilled on the MoGold and PH Highway properties are being tested for multiple elements including silver, copper, zinc, and nickel. VMS deposits are sought after because they usually contain a melange of base metals and sometimes precious metals including zinc, lead, copper, silver and gold. The minerals are often clustered together, making them relatively easy to extract. Black Tusk notes a number of VMS deposits have been located within 15 Kms of the Black Tusk properties, including the Barvallée, the Belfort (Roymont), the Vendome #1 (Mogador), and the Projet Laflamme (from Système d'information géominière of Québec, SIGEOM). These are listed as multi-element deposits that include copper, zinc, silver and gold. The presence of these deposits, peripheral to the Black Tusk properties, is not a direct indicator of the mineralization potential on Black Tusk claims; however, their discovery does indicate that the geologic setting of the region contains polymetallic VMS potential.

Black Tusk is planning to begin access construction and diamond drilling of the VMS targets.

Nevada Sunrise Metals Corp. ("Nevada Sunrise", or the "Company", formerly Nevada Sunrise Gold Corp.) Gemini is located in the Lida Valley basin in Esmeralda County, Nevada approximately 23 miles (35 kilometres) southeast of North America's only lithium mine at Silver Peak, Nevada . Gemini consists of 582 unpatented placer and lode claims located in the western Lida Valley, Esmeralda County , approximately 6 miles (10 kilometres) east of the town of Lida, Nevada . In the spring of 2022, Nevada Sunrise expanded the size of the Project to a land position covering approximately 5,700 acres (2,300 hectares). Gemini is situated adjacent to the Gold Point Solar Energy Zone, a BLM land reserve set aside for solar and wind power generation projects until 2033.

The Lida Valley is a flat, arid basin with a similar geological setting to the better-known Clayton Valley basin where Albermarle Corporation operates the Silver Peak lithium brine mine, which has operated continuously since 1966. Exploration at Gemini is complemented by the Company's 80.09 acre/feet/year water right, a pre-requisite for the exploration and development of lithium brine projects in Nevada . Nevada Sunrise drilled two reverse circulation ("RC") boreholes for a total of 2,020 feet (615.85 metres) in its maiden drilling program at Gemini in March and April 2022 . The initial results represent a new discovery of lithium-bearing sediments and lithium-in-water in the western Lida Valley, which has not been historically drill tested for lithium mineralization. The analytical results from boreholes GEM22-01 and GEM22-02, located 0.69 miles (1.1 kilometres) apart suggest that the extent of lithium-bearing clay layers and waters at Gemini may be widespread:

Water samples from borehole GEM-22-01 averaged 327.7 milligrams per litre ("mg/L") lithium over 220 feet (67.07 metres) from 600 to 820 feet (182.93 to 250 metres) with a peak value of 519 mg/L lithium . Water samples from borehole GEM22-02 returned an average of 116.28 mg/L lithium over 460 feet (140.24 metres) from 660 to 1,120 feet (201.22 to 341.46 metres) with a peak value of 286.0 mg/L lithium.

The results of geochemical analysis on sediment samples described in this news release were shipped in March and April 2022 to American Assay Laboratories and ALS Group USA ("ALS") and were analyzed utilizing a multi-element ICP-MS method. Specifically, the analytical method involves aqua regia digestion of the sample followed by the inductively coupled plasma (ICP) technique to ionize the sample, and spectrometry to determine elemental concentrations. Duplicates, field blanks, and certified reference standards were inserted at regular intervals in the sample stream to ensure accuracy of the analytical method.

Water parameters including TDS, conductivity, temperature, and pH values were obtained in the field by direct measurement with a handheld Hanna Model 98194 Multiparameter Meter, which meets Good Laboratory Practice (as proscribed by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) for calibration and measurement. All depth measurements reported, including sample and interval widths are down-hole.  As holes are oriented vertical and geologic stratigraphy is primarily horizontal to sub-horizontal, downhole measurements are assumed to be close to true thickness.

Groundwater samples were collected at 20-foot (6.1-metre) intervals and sent to Western Environmental Testing Laboratory in Reno , Nevada under project chain-of-custody protocols for analysis. Industry standard methods for examination of water were employed by the laboratory. General chemistry testing included analysis for specific gravity, total hardness, total alkalinity, bicarbonate, carbonate, hydroxide, total dissolved solids (TDS) and electrical conductivity. Anions (chloride, sulfate) were analyzed by ion chromatography. Trace metals (lithium, magnesium, boron, calcium, potassium, strontium, and sodium) were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) methods.
